Chicken Teriyaki
Ingredients:
4 single boneless, skinless medium chicken breasts
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce (Kikkoman Lite)
1 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2-inch piece ginger root, peeled, minced

Dairy (serves 6-8 people)
Ingredients:
Cake:
2 eggs
150gr/3/4 cup sugar
125 ml/ 1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup flour
3-4 grated carrots
