As you can see the few flowers that are left in my garden are not particularly pretty. It has rained a lot and we have had a few cold days. I therefore tend to think that they are probably the last ones.

It could be the last lovely flowers! In Oslo there are only a few withered left. Waiting for snow!

I like the purple one!
Mine are local flowers in the Land of the Morning Calm.

We get sad when the flowers finish, but pretty soon they come back, let the winter pass, dear.
Good week for you.

It’s nice to have a few last ones to savor. My snapdragons seem to like the cold, so I have some bright color left in my front yard.

I think the last one (a rose?) is very pretty. Its humbling to see that some of the most beautiful flowers are still flourishing when all the rest have died.

Not particularly pretty? Au contraire, my dear. I think they look wonderful. The hardy survivors of autumn’s onset.
