
Serves four people
Marinade:
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lime juice
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 lime sliced thinly
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking dish with foil paper. Brush with olive oil and put the salmon fillets on the foil.
Mix the ingredients for the marinade. Pour over the fish. Put the slices of lime on the fish. Fold and seal the foil over the salmon. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes

Nice recipe. I’ve used a similar one, but with tabasco sauce instead of chili sauce.

Could you suggest a good substitute for the chili sauce, please? I can’t eat pepper (including chili peppers) in any form.
